With a background in sports medicine and obstetrics, and over 17 years of hands-on clinical and leadership experience, Dr. Melanson understands the pressure, the long hours, and the personal sacrifices that come with being a healthcare professional.

Having served in leadership roles at regional, national, and international levels, Dr. Melanson brings a wealth of experience in navigating complex healthcare environments. She has worked extensively with physicians at all career stages—whether stepping into leadership, managing high-pressure medical settings, or seeking a more sustainable work-life balance.

As a coach, Dr. Melanson helps physicians build resilience, develop leadership skills, and design careers that align with their goals and values. Her approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to the unique challenges of medical professionals. She believes that physicians deserve to thrive—not just professionally, but in every aspect of their lives. She works with physicians at all stages—those navigating transitions, seeking confidence in leadership roles, or looking for ways to prevent burnout while still excelling in their work.

Outside of medicine and coaching, Dr. Melanson enjoys reading, staying active with sports, hiking, and gardening. As a proud parent of three, she deeply understands the struggle of balancing a demanding career with family life—and she’s passionate about helping others find that balance, too.

Dr. Melanson’s philosophy is simple: You can excel in medicine without burning out. Through her coaching, she empowers physicians to create meaningful, sustainable careers while prioritizing their own well-being.
